Creditron Appoints Jordin Smith Technical Sales Specialist

Creditron, a leading provider of payments processing and receivables management solutions, announced today that it appointed Jordin Smith technical sales specialist.

For the past 11 years, Jordin has served as Creditron’s lead implementation and training specialist, where his responsibilities included training and implementation, customer support, quality assurance testing, site evaluation, and documentation.  Jordin has been involved in more than 200 of Creditron’s project implementations in Canada and the United States.

As a technical sales specialist, Jordin will provide technical product support to Creditron’s sales and client account team.  His responsibilities will include scoping the technical solution required to address customer requirements, providing technical responses to requests for information, proposal or quotes, supporting the sales team at industry events, participating on educational webinars, providing subject matter expertise to Creditron’s marketing team, and training new sales executives.
