Creditron customers and business partners gave high marks to the company’s 2016 User Conference, held on May 11-12 in Austin, TX at the Westin Austin Downtown hotel.
Creditron’s annual conference allows attendees to exchange experiences, ideas and best practices with their peers and Creditron subject-matter experts to improve business outcomes in their own organizations. End-user attendees also have an opportunity to explore new tools and technology and learn industry trends.
This year’s conference featured a session on ‘What’s next in Payments and Receivables Processing,’ delivered by industry analyst Mark Brousseau. The presentation provided exclusive data on trends in the migration to electronic payments and receivables processes, the challenges faced by billers and banks, and how integrated receivables platforms uniquely address these challenges. The session also included an opportunity for end-user attendees to share their payments and receivables challenges, and their top automation priorities.
Conference attendees also participated in a highly interactive industry breakout session and a networking lunch during which attendees shared their best operational improvements. Attendees found the interaction with other end-users extremely valuable, especially the opportunity to hear best practices from peers in their industry.
The event also included a one-on-one meeting and product demonstration opportunity, and a customer appreciation event, during which several long-time Creditron customers were honored with a plaque. Attendees also enjoyed meeting Creditron team members in person, and had the opportunity to book time with specific people for a more in-depth discussion of their specific areas of interest.
“This year’s conference focused on innovation and it was encouraging to hear the innovative ways our customers are using our current solutions, and to learn from their perspective what innovations we can develop to help them in the future. It was also reassuring to hear the consistently positive feedback on the responsive customer support from the Creditron team.” commented Creditron’s CEO, Wally Vogel.
Creditron’s 2017 User Conference will be held in San Francisco in May. Creditron will provide more details on the event in the next few weeks.
