Rockville, MD
Creditron, a leading provider of integrated receivables solutions, announced today that one of the largest counties in the US, who service 2.1 million residents and 44 million visitors annually will be implementing Creditron’s Enterprise Cloud Processing (ECP) platform later this year.
Creditron was introduced to this county through a referral from an existing ECP client who hosted a site visit which helped solidify the deal. Creditron then went on site at the county to learn their needs, present the ECP solution and discuss benefits of upgrading. After a tour of the site it became apparent that the county was running on an aging system that no longer met their needs including outdated, unreliable hardware. The potential for downtime during peak tax processing season provided the perfect opportunity for the county to invest in a platform built for the future.
ECP is a web-based payment processing platform that offers real time visibility and control while streamlining work flow. Whether payments are received through the mail, electronically, or scanned at a remote office, ECP will facilitate the processing, recognition, validation and workflow of the payments right through to posting and electronic deposit. Relevant metrics, including consolidated views, workflow management, and detailed reporting are available to key stakeholders on demand.
Along with the upgrading their payment processing solution, the county will also be replacing there existing hardware with Opex Falcons and Canon Cr-190s.
“Creditron is proud of our growing customer base and are thankful for the positive feedback from a recently implemented neighboring county that helped solidify the sale. Our Referral Program was recently introduced and we are thrilled with the early success of this program,” said Debbie Barrafato, CFO and Executive Vice President at Creditron.
